Vitalyx Return & Refund Policy

At Vitalyx, we carefully check orders before they are dispatched to ensure that customers receive the products they selected in good condition.

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and personal wellness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the request and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds
